Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by RightOnTime Sunrise Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
Services Provided
RightOnTime Sunrise Concrete provides professional concrete contractor services in Sunrise, FL and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to concrete driveways, patios, sidewalks, stamped concrete, slabs, foundations, repairs, and retaining walls.
All service quotes are estimates and may be subject to change based on site conditions, material costs, and project scope. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
Project Estimates and Payment
We provide free estimates for all projects. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon project completion.
Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your service agreement.
Project Timeline and Delays
We work hard to complete all projects on time. However, project timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, permit delays, or unforeseen site conditions. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize disruptions to your schedule.
Cancellation and Refunds
If you need to cancel your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made before work begins may be eligible for a full refund of your deposit, minus any administrative fees or costs already incurred for materials or permits.
Once work has begun, refunds will be calculated based on work completed and materials used.
Warranty and Liability
We stand behind our work and provide a warranty on workmanship. The specific warranty period and terms will be outlined in your service agreement. This warranty does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Property Access and Safety
You agree to provide safe access to the work area and to keep pets and children away from the construction zone. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage and follow all safety regulations. You are responsible for informing us of any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden features before work begins.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
